1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Clearance/discounted items (unless defective)

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your Order Number and product images (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
